It is safely bordered by Addicks-Howell Road and S Texas 6 to the west, Highway 90 Alternative to the south, and Burney Road to the east. The land was originally where the Imperial Sugar Company, an establishment that processed sugar for 160 years, stayed on. The neighborhood got its name from the company because of its powerful connection to the ISC. After some time, the company closed, and the Imperial community started its initial step towards urbanization with Johnson Development Corporation’s help. The corporation took charge of the development of the area, making it a residential spot. The neighborhood boasts 720 acres of lot area, and there are approximately 500 completed homes. Homes are still being constructed in 2021, so they are expected to be fresh, high-quality, and modernized.
Homes for sale in the beautiful Imperial community are all impeccably-made. Most of the houses were built in 2016, and some are still being constructed at the moment. They boast their modernity in a way that the homes are all convenient and beautiful to live in. The properties feature a gorgeous fusion of different styles such as Cape Cod, Georgian, and Modern architectural designs. These houses can be divided into two types: mid-range and luxury homes.
