I can honestly state that without Bret, I would not be moving into my new home. He was patient as we went to home after home as I figured where I wanted to live (moved from out of state) and what type of home I wanted and something that felt right. Bret pointed out things to avoid and helped me find a fantastic house! Once we had a contract, I thought the hard work was over but that was when Bret really went to work. He was unstoppable. He stayed on top of a non responsive seller, tackled a problem with the appraisal and even climbed on the roof when the inspector saw something odd (turned out to be nothing but who else does that!?).
If I had a question, Bret had an answer or knew where to get the answer. If I need help with something, he has the perfect contact. He is always quick to respond. You cannot go wrong if you choose Bret to help you! read less
