Richmond, Pleak, and Beasley form its northern, southern, and western boundaries. On the south side of Rosenberg, the Southwest Freeway (I-69 and US-59) passes near the city’s heart. The highway connects northeast Houston with US-59, which runs southwest for another 92 miles to Victoria and beyond.
