Grand Mission is a lively bedroom community in the northern area of Richmond, TX. It is roughly bordered by Westpark Tollway (Toll Road) to the north, Lakemont Grove to the west, and Grand Mission Boulevard to the east. The master-planned community was initially developed by a well-known residential company, the Friendswood Development Company. The neighborhood rose in 2004, and since then, it has been providing residential properties to numerous residents. As a Friendswood Development Company project, rest assured that all of the properties are competitively priced and well-made. Today, there are approximately 2,300 homes in the area.
Homes for sale in Grand Mission traverse the neighborhood’s beautiful streets perfectly. These properties go hand-in-hand with the entire community’s aesthetic.
