Westheimer Lakes is a lovely residential neighborhood on the eastern side of Fulshear, TX. It is roughly bordered by S Fry Road to the north, FM 1463 Road to the west, Fulshear Gaston Road to the south, and FM 723 to the east. The entire neighborhood has two sub-types: Westheimer Lakes North and Westheimer Lakes. Westheimer Lakes was the first Canyon Gate community to ever debut on the Grand Corridor Parkway of Houston. Soon enough, Westheimer Lakes North became an extension of the thriving neighborhood. The land area of the entire community is 879 acres with approximately 2,200 residential properties. There are gated and non-gated community areas that are interwoven around the community’s lakes. The neighborhood has a unique division because it is part of two separate towns. On one end, it is part of Richmond, while on the other end, it is part of Katy.
